Throughout our lives, we are at risk for many types of health conditions, some serious and others less so. In the case of headaches, a common health complaint that can vary greatly from person to person, the chances of developing recurring or severe headaches are mixed. There are many different causes for headaches, such as lack of sleep, stress, and dehydration, along with many underlying health issues such as hormonal imbalance. Headaches can affect anyone, but women are especially prone to hormone-related headaches.
